24-Hour Team Endurance Challenge

Join us for a 24-hour team endurance event raising funds and awareness for Destiny Rescue — an international charity dedicated to rescuing children from sex trafficking and sexual exploitation, and supporting their long-term recovery.

This is a true test of physical grit, teamwork, and mental resilience — all in support of a cause that genuinely saves lives.

Event Details

Teams: 5 teams total (same sex)
Team Size: 4 people per team
Duration: 24 hours
Format: Every hour, on the hour
Equipment: Assault Bike, Row Erg, Ski Erg
Raising awareness and support for Destiny Rescue Organisation

Limited spots available — once teams are filled, registrations close.

How the Event Works

Every hour for 24 hours, teams complete one round of work as fast as possible.

Per Hour Workload

Each team assigns athletes to the following roles:

Athlete 1: Assault Bike – (M) 15 km (F)12km
Athlete 2: Row Erg – (M) 5 km (F) 4km
Athlete 3: Ski Erg – (M) 5 km (F) 4km
Athlete 4: Rest / Recovery

Roles rotate every hour so all team members share the load across the event. Team members must rotate in order.

All teams start together on the hour. Once your team finishes, you rest until the next round begins.

Scoring System (Rounds 1–23)

Points are awarded every round based on finishing order:

1st place: 5 points
2nd place: 4 points
3rd place: 3 points
4th place: 2 points
5th place: 1 point

Points accumulate over all 24 rounds.

Final Round Twist (Round 24)

In the final hour only:

The resting athlete may sub in to assist on one machine of your choice.
Teams choose their own strategy.
First team to finish Round 24 earns +10 bonus points.

This bonus can decide the entire event.

Proper technique and sportsmanship are required at all times.
