Sports Specific
Strength & Conditioning 

Junior Social & Adult Professional Sports

PDH provides Strength &/or Conditioning sessions to Junior & senior social and professional athletes.​

Sessions are tailored to the specific sport to support optimal physical performance including strength, agility, conditioning, mobility, recovery & injury prevention. ​

Cost effective at $12-10 per session*​

​

Can cater for 10-30 participants per session​

​

Sessions can be arranged as 1-offs for wet weather alternatives or a longer term seasonal program.​

​

Sessions are developed in conjunction with Coaching staff taking into consideration last and next game day to ensure optimal recovery time.​

​

Sessions will include a combination of the following components and concepts depending on the type of sport played:​

  • Appropriate warmup to prepare attendees for physical activity​

  • Agility training​

  • Functional strength movements that are age, sport and skill appropriate such as basic calisthenics and fundamentals of lifting.​

  • Conditioning/endurance workouts​

  • Lactic Threshold Training​

  • Mobility work and cool downs​

​

Working with Children Check approved. First AID and Fitness specific Certifications by Coaching Staff. COVID Registered Business​
