Program Components
During this 8-week holistic health program you will commit to planning and executing behaviours across 3 pillars; Fitness & Physical Health, Nutrition; and Mental Health & Wellbeing to create a lifestyle which can continue to support your Health & Wellbeing long term. This is not an 8 week "challenge". You are not encouraged in any way to engage in activities that can't be sustained or aligned to your everyday life. The purpose of this program is to introduce you to behaviours and tools available to you to improve upon your current lifestyle with the support and accountability of your coach and program peers.
Fitness
Unlimited Gym Membership to Functional Fitness

Onboarding & 8 Week review "In-body" Composition Scan from our Partners @body in Motion Edgeworth to support Goal setting and achievement.​

8 Weeks unlimited access to PDH Strength & Conditioning Classes where it is expected that you will commit to multiple gym sessions per week where all levels of fitness and experience is catered for.​

Nutrition
Full Access to Meal Plan subscription

8 Weeks access to PDH Monthly Meal Plan subscription where you will be able to obtain Nutrition Meal Plans & recipes to suit your individual requirements.​

You will be asked to Plan your Nutrition each week and participate in Meal Preparation . ​

How much effort you put into planning, how much time you put into food preparation and exactly what food you eat is ALWAYS completely 100% up to you, because remember this is a Individual & sustainable lifestyle change.​
Wellbeing
Wellbeing Planner and accountability meetings

Onboarding Coaching Meeting with your Program counterparts to discuss the execution of the program, set goals, plan your activities and start YOUR journey to YOUR improved LIFESTYLE. ​

8 x Weekly 30minute Group Coaching Meetings on Saturdays at 8:30am​

A quarterly Health & Wellbeing planner which is to be completed and reviewed each week at the meeting. The planner will support you to develop a Growth Mindset, Set goals and plan your exercise, Nutrition, Social & Wellbeing Activities.​

No ongoing commitments, no contracts, no long-term obligations, stay a member if you choose or take your journey to a new destination.​

No refunds for no shows or cancellations.​

This program is Hosted by an accredited Health & Wellbeing Coach, Registered Sports Nutrition Advisor (RSNA) & Qualified Fitness Instructor across several fitness domains​

All Nutrition Meal Plans in the PDH portal are designed or selected by the RSNA.​

All program activities are participated in at the client's discretion.​
